Angelina “Julie” (Theodori) Yoder of East Millsboro, Pennsylvania passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at her home. She was born February 19, 1936 in Waltersburg, PA the daughter of Luigi and Rosa (Poli) Teodori.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Edward Yoder; a brother, Geno Theodori; two sisters: Jenny Striker and Violet Gerber; granddaughter, Lydia Becker.
Julie was proud of her family and thoroughly enjoyed family and friends, cooking, gardening and travel. She and her husband owned and operated Fruit Hill Farms where they produced beef cattle and crops. Julie was a life-long faithful Catholic, an active member of West Bend United Methodist Church, a county 4-H leader, and a member of the Fairbank Women’s Bowling League. She loved to bake and cook. She was a career chef employed for many years at the Coal Baron retiring from Becker’s Shadyside Restaurant. Julie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Julie is survived by her two daughters Wanda Broadwater (Brent) and Christina Becker (Darrell) both of East Millsboro; grandchildren Carrie Luster (Robert), Teresa Mayle (Keith), Edward Broadwater (Jennifer), Angela Snyder (Matthew), and Andrew Becker all of East Millsboro, Amanda Purcell (Van) of Pittsburgh, Dwayne Becker (Melissa) of Stroudsburg, and Daniele Stoehr (David) of Cleveland, OH; great grandchildren Casey, Carlie, Camryn and Christopher “CJ” Hawk, Elania and Allen Mayle, Collin, Van and Aven Purcell, Noah Fitzgerald, Garritt Broadwater, Gabriel and Annabella Stoehr, Brianna and Ava Ray, Savanna Becker, and Kaylin and Grace Luster; a brother Anthony Theodori and sister Ann Vresko, and many nieces and nephews.
Angelina’s family will receive friends at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home Inc., 19 Legion Street, Republic, PA today, Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 6-8 P.M., Friday from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. and Saturday until 10 A.M. when a blessing service will be held with Father Timothy J. Kruthaupt, as celebrant. Interment will be in the Family Cemetery. If you prefer to give a donation in Julie’s memory, donations can be made to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
