Andrew J. Sabula, 83 of Brownsville, PA died on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. He was born in Allison, Pa on August 14, 1940, the son of the late Nick and Mary Sabula. He was a 1958 graduate of Redstone High School. After graduating from high school he served in the Army. After serving in the Army, he moved to California with Drew and his brother, Nick in 1962. He then went on to work for Paramount Petroleum for over 40 years. He loved going to drag races, Nascar races and square dancing. He also went to car shows, Steelers away games, cruises, spending time with his son, Andy Jr. and friends in California. Lately, he enjoyed going to the local coffee shop for that 6:00 a.m. cup of coffee, then meeting his friends for breakfast.
Andy is survived by his son, Andy, Jr. of Whittier, California; daughter, Bernice of Arizona; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; brother, Nick and sister-in-law, Cindy of Yorba Linda, California; nephews, nieces and cousins.
Andy will be missed by all his friends and neighbors. He was a member of: Free and Accepted Masons, Eagles and American Legion.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to a local fire department of one’s choice.
