Betty Ann Balog

Betty Ann Balog, age 72 of Penncraft passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026 in WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. She was born on June 29, 1953 in McKeesport, Pa, a daughter of Harry E. and Betty Ann Yocabet Wilson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Wilson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Joseph “Dave” Balog, Sr.; children: Sheri Guess and husband, Brian, Joseph David Balog, Jr and wife Shauna, Janine Booker and husband Robert; grandchildren: Breanna Allmendinger and husband, Cameron, Hannah Guess, Katelyn Balog, Abigail Booker, Emily Guess; great granddaughter, Isla Allmendinger. siblings: Nora Kolek (Andrew), Harry Wilson (Carol), Michael Wilson, Larry Wilson (Marcella), Brian Wilson (Mary); numerous nieces and nephews.

She loved her grandchildren deeply and cherished every moment spent with them. She also had a joyful spirit and loved dancing and singing along to music, often filling the room with her energy and happiness.

Betty’s family will receive friends from Noon – 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 in the Kish Fabry Funeral Home, Inc. 19 Legion Street, Republic, Pa where a Blessing Service will be held at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
